This article brings in the concept of corporate social responsibility to show that how transformational leadership and employee engagement is related to each other and how is works in a positive manner to help the organizational culture. This research called transformational leadership and employee engagement as key variables. The article by multiple authors engages in a study by developing a hypothesis which was conducted in a European Bank. This study is important and will provide useful insight to our paper because it takes into account both theory and practical. It measures the overall effectiveness of transformational leadership and how it actually facilitates employee engagement. The article also gives an important insight into the whole idea of corporate social responsibility and how it works as a mediator between employee engagement and transformational leadership.
